Where to Find Cheap Canon Ink for your Home Office

If you run your business out of your home or if you manage your own home office then you probably have a printer in your office. A printed is a perennial favorite among people who run their own home offices because a printer allows you to create your own professional documents. Most printers even have a photo print option which allows you to print your own color photos onto actual card stock or even onto photo paper. Once of the biggest drawbacks with owning your own printer and printing your own pictures and documents is that you will need to replace your ink cartridges.

If you own a Canon printer, which is far and away the most common type of printer in many home offices, then you know how expensive it can be to buy replacement ink cartridges. Your goal is to find cheap Canon ink but you have been unsuccessful because everywhere you look all you see is very high prices and ink that is marked up over 400%. If you are serious about getting cheap canon ink then you will need to look at discount stores for a service that will let you refill your ink cartridges.

Canon ink cartridges are able to refilled with large vats of ink. This secret is not given out by Canon because they do not want their consumers to know that there is another option for getting cheap canon ink. In fact, this canon ink is so cheap that is is literally pennies on the dollar of what it would cost you to bu the replacement cartridge from Canon. You can refill your entire ink cartridges on your computer for only a few dollars.

Most discount super stores such as Wal-Mart, Sams, Target, CVS, and Walgreens all offer ink cartridge replacement bottles with cheap canon ink inside of them. The most important think is to make sure that you are only buying the ink that corresponds with the cartridge that you need to refill. If you do put in the wrong ink color then your ink cartridge will be ruined and you will need to buy an entirely new one and you will not be able to take advantage of the cheap canon ink.

One of the Best Pieces of Home Office Equipment You Will Ever Buy

How many staples have you used in your entire life? Can you count that high? I know that I sure cannot. Without being able to account for the thousands of staples I have stapled in my life I can also remember those projects that have required a lot of staples in a short period of time, and have rendered my forearm and hand useless for hours afterwards.

Growing up I had a cheap plastic stapler that never went through more than 5 sheets of paper without getting stuck.

When I got my full time desk job I was rewarded on my first day of the job with my new favorite piece of office equipment: The PaperPro Stapler.

I'll be honest, I don't care who designed this thing, it is a magnificent invention of technology. It is also something that seems so simple it should have been invented 20 years ago and saved the hands of countless secretaries.

The PaperPro Stapler will go through up to 20 sheets of paper easily, although I have done as many as 28, and will push through paper with only the touch of one finger. In fact, the paper pro stapler is so awesome, that you can even let is sit on your desk, through your papers underneath it, press the top down with one finger, and your papers are stapled together. This is the easiest stapler I have ever used. It is even better than an electric stapler because it is extremely portable and very cost effective.

PaperPro staplers has now even designed many more models of their very popular product. They now have compact staplers and staplers that can staple together up to 65 sheets at one time. This amazing invention will transform your home office into a microcosm of office efficiency. I promise that you will no longer have to fumble with a stapler and to crush your hand trying to get the staples to hold your papers together. These PaperPro Staplers are durable, lightweight, inexpensive, and very easy to use.

If you are interested in buying one, here is my link to get one off of Amazon at a great bargain price:

How to Decide If You Need a Home Office

At some point in your life you have probably asked yourself the question "Do I need a home office?" Most adults ask themselves this question, and the answer can take some serious thought. Many times the answer is not a simple one. There is a lot that needs to be considered when deciding if you will open up a home office or not.

  1. First, you will need to decide if you can justify the cost, large or small, of buying the supplies to create your home office. If you will be creating your home office to operate a part-time business out of then often the answer to that question will be, yes! If you are simply creating a home office to de-clutter your house and to organize your paperwork, then the answer might be no.
  2. Second, will a home office help you keep your life or work more organized. Many people use a home office to simply keep their paperwork and they important documents safe and organized. For example, many people prepare their own taxes. It is always a good idea to make sure that all of your tax documents are located in one central location so you have easy access to them when it comes time to file your taxes for the next year. Or you might keep all of your bills and bill-pay information in one central location. A home office can help you keep all of this organized.
  3. Third, will you use a home office to make money. A home office can come in many forms and many of those allow you to work a full or part-time job in your home office. If you intend to work a job out of your home office then you will need to make sure that your office is conducive to allowing you to work this job. Make sure that you have minimized distractions while also creating an inviting and creative work space. The major benefit of working from home is that you have complete freedom over your work space. Make sure that you make the most of your home office!
  4. Finally, decide is a home office will make you happy. Having a home office means that you will be taking space in your home away from another purpose. Maybe you are turning a spare bedroom into a home office, or possibly even a hall closet. Creating a home office space has a lot of benefits but if it does not make you happy then it is defeating its purpose, and should not be created.

All of these points will help you decide if a home office is right for you. Please remember that this is not a definitive list either. There are a lot of other factors that might go into your decision of whether to create a home office space or not. Taking the time to prepare for this decision ahead of time, will ensure that you make the best and most well informed decision possible.
